Eligibility & Timeframe
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- A copy of the original invoice must be included
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain dining and home accessories may not be eligible for return if opened. Custom furniture pieces and made-to-order items from our Home & Furniture collection are final sale.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we will process your refund or exchange:
- Refund Method: Funds will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 5-7 business days for credit card refunds; 1-3 business days for PayPal refunds
- Amount Refunded: Original purchase price minus any shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
Exchange Process
For exchanges, please indicate your preferred replacement item in your initial email. If the replacement item is of higher value, we will invoice you for the difference. For lower-value items, we will refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
